Lien & CLTV
Second lien acceptable up to 75% CLTV.
Prepayment
Early payoff in year one requires payment of all interest that would have accrued through the end of that year. After year one, no prepayment penalty applies.
Use of proceeds
Business purpose only. Borrower represents the loan proceeds will be used for business purposes.
Property
Non-owner occupied short-term or long-term rental property.
Rate & Term
Fixed 14.88% for 36 months, partially amortizing with a balloon payment.
Docs needed
Government ID and entity documents. No income verification, no asset verification, no credit explanation required.
